Image Mapping
Okay, so what the heck. is image. mapping? well, its when an image has links attached to it. the image would be on a layout..
if my tutorial sucks, then you could always look at my affies tutorials :) but i
encourage you to stay at my site lol. :) jkeeding.
StepOne
OKay. So open your image/layout on Gimp. Make sure you upload the image to a server (photobucket, tinypic, etc.) Go to
Filter >> Web >> Image Map.
StepTwo
Now. A window will pop up. Dont worry. it may look confuzing but it really isnt. Thats why im here to help(:
StepThree
On the left side of the image map window, there are differ shapes for your links. I mostly use the square and thats what im using right now. But if you can you choose which you want to use.
the outcome is still the same.. {links on the image} so click on the square, circle or w/e.
Make the shape around the link and after you make the shape, click on the shape again. and an window will appear! :)
StepFour
Repeat again if you need to..
I had to so i did.

After that, save it.
StepFive
Okay, now go open the file you just saved with notepad. the code will be in it. copy it. :)
StepSix
And thats officially it.
for some reason, its not working.
